1. Introduction

Build To Home (B2H) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data we collect. This Privacy Policy details our practices regarding the collection, use, disclosure, and security of personal data when you use the B2H mobile application (the "Services") as a Customer, Vendor, Delivery Partner, Mason, or Admin.

2. Types of Data We Collect

We collect the following data to provide a secure and efficient construction marketplace:

Personal Identification Information (PII): Full name, phone number, email address, physical shop addresses, and exact GPS coordinates for delivery sites.
KYC & Identity Verification Data: To authorize Enterprise Customers, Vendors, and Delivery Partners, we collect government-issued identification documents (such as Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Driving License, and Vehicle Registration details). We also collect typed Digital Signatures for enterprise contracts.
Financial and Transaction Data: UPI Reference (UTR) numbers, bank account/UPI details for vendor and driver payouts, order grand totals, cash collection logs, and Mason Reward Coin balances.
Precise and Background Location Data: We collect precise, real-time background location data from our Delivery Partners while they are logged in as "Available" or actively performing delivery tasks. This is mandatory to enable live delivery tracking for customers and logistics optimization for admins.
Photographic and File Data: Images of materials, custom project requirement drawings (Images/PDFs), proof of delivery, and KYC documents.
Device Data: IP address, operating system version, and crash diagnostic reports.

3. Purpose of Data Processing

We process your personal data under the Information Technology Act, 2000, for the following purposes:

KYC & Verification: To verify the authenticity of platform participants and prevent fraud.
Order Fulfillment & Logistics: To split orders, assign delivery fleets, provide real-time map routing, and confirm final delivery.
Financial Management: To process UPI/Cash transactions, manage COD collections in the central ledger, calculate Mason referral commissions, and execute payout requests.
Support & Safety: To facilitate in-app calling between drivers and customers, provide technical support, and ensure the security of the Services.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal data to marketing agencies. We share your information strictly for service fulfillment:

Between Users: Customer delivery addresses, names, and phone numbers are shared with assigned Delivery Partners and material Vendors. Vendor pickup locations are shared with Delivery Partners.
Service Providers: Trusted third-party cloud services (e.g., Google Firebase, Cloudinary) used to host databases, store images, and secure the Services.
Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information if required by Indian law, law enforcement agencies, or valid legal requests.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain personal data and digital contracts as long as legally and operationally necessary. You may request the permanent deletion of your account and personal data at any time directly through the "Delete Account" option in the B2H app settings, or by emailing us directly at b2h1026@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

6. Data Security

We implement strict administrative and technical security measures, including end-to-end data encryption in transit and at rest within our Google Firebase databases, to protect your personal data from unauthorized access.

Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Build To Home (B2H) governing your use of the B2H mobile application. By accessing the Services, you agree to these Terms.

2. User Account Registration & KYC

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding digital contracts.
KYC Verification: Users seeking Enterprise status, Vendors, and Delivery Partners must complete mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification by uploading authentic, government-issued documents.
Fraud: Providing fraudulent documents or forged digital signatures will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of pending payouts, and potential legal action under Indian law.
Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. User Roles & Responsibilities

B2H Platform acts strictly as a technology-driven logistics and marketplace aggregator.
Vendors act as independent third-party sellers. Vendors are solely responsible for the quality, exact quantity, and availability of the construction materials they list. Vendors must hand over materials to assigned drivers promptly.
Delivery Partners (Drivers) are responsible for the safe, undamaged transport of goods and the accurate collection of payments (Cash/UPI) on behalf of B2H. Drivers must allow background location tracking while actively operating on the platform.
Customers (Contractors/Builders) must provide accurate GPS site addresses. Customers are required to inspect all materials upon delivery. Quality disputes regarding raw materials must be raised with the B2H Admin before the delivery partner leaves the construction site.

4. Payments, Orders, and Deliveries

Order Splitting: B2H reserves the right to split large customer orders across multiple vendors to ensure timely delivery.
Enterprise Credit: Verified Enterprise Customers may utilize an approved corporate credit ledger and receive a 10% discount on base prices, subject to B2H Admin approval.
Standard Payments: Standard orders require exact Cash on Delivery (COD) or UPI payment upon site arrival.
Driver Cash Remittance: Delivery Partners must strictly remit all collected physical cash to the B2H Admin office as reflected in their digital finance ledger. Holding market cash without remittance will lead to immediate account suspension.
Payouts: Vendor and Driver withdrawal requests will be processed to their registered bank accounts upon Admin verification of successful deliveries and UTR numbers.

5. Mason Rewards Program

Registered Masons receive non-monetary reward coins (calculated at a standard 2% commission, subject to change) when their unique referral code is used by contractors to complete orders. These reward coins are managed within the B2H ecosystem. B2H reserves the absolute right to modify the commission percentage, alter withdrawal eligibility, or completely discontinue the rewards program at its sole discretion without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

Build To Home (B2H), its directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to construction project delays, material brand discrepancies, traffic delays, or delivery partner conduct resulting from the use of the Services.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the B2H platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in India.
